A lot of his life since WW2 has been taken up with battling against cruel and over-bossy laws, censorship, censoriousness, and Nanny Knows Best types. This really made me smile - not sure whether that is because I am much less computer-savvy than I like to think, or because of the lovely naivety of that kind of humour. Reminds me of the Two Ronnies 'four candles/fork handles' sketch.
(I must be getting old. I am playing the nostalgia game without so much as a hint of irony. Shame on me.)
